The Good Health ShowThe Good Health Show is for everybody. Not just for people that already consider themselves fit or leading a healthy lifestyle, but for those people who are serious about changing their habits and improving their mind, body, vitality and wellbeing.

 

The Good Health ShowSo whether you are an athlete or somebody who wants to lose a few inches off your waistline, you want to look better on the outside or feel better on the inside, The Good Health Show is a 'must attend' event.

 

The Good Health ShowThe Show will be packed full of features, fitness, nutritional and healthy eating advice, guides to mental wellbeing, life coaching and much, much more.

 

The Good Health Show is a fantastic weekend of wellbeing, health, fitness and fun for everybody. The Show will be full of exhibition stands, offering advice and products on a myriad of things to help you feel better, look better and live better. There are also plenty of features to add to your visit. Some of those include:

Theatres: Free to attend presentations on all kinds of subject matter, including: healthy eating and nutrition, slimming and weight management, stress management, fitness and exercise and much, much more.

Workshop: Smaller than the theatres, this is classroom style sessions, with lots of interaction and opportunities to ask questions as you go.

Yoga Village: Stands and a floor area which includes an into / beginners session, Kundalini, Energy For Life and other sessions.

York Fitness Gym Challenge: Run by the owners of World Gym Challenge and supported by York Fitness, this is a series of challenges on different gym apparatus. The current record holder will be on site, along with pro sports people and others from the services, as well as individuals from sports & fitness clubs, all trying to see how well they can do. This is open to anyone.

OK! FamouslyFit Road Show: This is a collaboration between OK! Magazine and Famouslyfit.com which will include rolling presentations for experts & celebrities on a range of subjects. Lee Latchford Evans (ex Steps) will be presenting one of the sessions.
