Browse the myriad stands and stalls selling health food options,
nutritious alternatives loads of advice.
Allergy & Intolerance Zone:
Talk to those in the know, source new products and learn to differentiate between
allergy and intolerance. Get advice for yourself or information on how best to help
a loved one who may be a sufferer.
York Fitness World Gym Challenge:
World Gym Challenge.com is creating a bespoke gym challenge. The GHS Gym Challenge. It is hoped that this challenge, will be an annual event with a record being set this year. Richard Vint, The UK No. 1 Gym Athlete has said that he intends to compete. The event will include weights, cardio, plyometrics, body exercises and core/abdominal exercises.
There will be a two lane race within that area of three varying gym challenges; Fun � Intermediate � Advanced. As a challenge provided by World Gym Challenge.com , GHS visitors and gym members will be able to download times into their personal folders, at their own gyms and see what times they can achieve, beforehand and see how they would compete against the UK 's best.
Beauty and Skincare Pavilion:
Full of products, tips and advice on looking better, including complementary and
natural products to make you look healthier and younger. Plenty of advice and practical
make-overs, along with stalls offering all kinds of deals on myriad products.
2 Main Theatres + Special Workshops:
Not like some events, once inside the doors these are all FREE. You can sit in on
major presentations of experts in their respective fields, or get up close and personal
in one of our interactive workshops.
