Space only - £199 per sq m (minimum 18 sq m)
Basic shell scheme - £219 + VAT per sq m. ie. 2 metres x 2 metres = 4 sq m @ £219 per sq m. Total Cost = £876 +VAT. Includes: walls, carpet, company name on board.
Premium shell scheme - £264 + VAT per sq m. ie. 2 metres x 2 metres = 4 sq m @ £264 per sq m. Total Cost = £1,056 + VAT. Includes: walls, carpet, company name on board, table, two chairs, electric socket and two spotlights or one strip light.
All exhibitors get a listing in the show's guide plus a 50 word write-up, contact details and hyperlink on the event website. We also provide 10 free tickets per exhibitor and more can be requested at a discounted rate.
There are various sponsorship opportunities from £7.5K Silver package, through
to a £20K Platinum package to Diamond / Headline sponsorship at £30K.
Space and sponsorship is allocated on a first-come basis.

Other Opportunities
Carrier bags:
Brand carried all around show (including competitor stands) and outside the venue.
Strong exposure at entrance where bags are picked up / handed out. Re-use after
the event. Many bags are left in offices and homes for later use.
£2,700 if supplied by sponsors (POA if organiser to supply bags, depending
on type)
Banners:
Excellent high visibility opportunity that can be hung over your stand or directly
over aisles / major walkways. Up to 2.5m x 1m. (You supply banner or we can quote)
Over aisle - £1,400. Over your own stand £900.
Press office:
An excellent chance to place your brand in front of the journalists and other media
representatives, who will attend the 2011 event. Sponsorship of the press office
offers your company branding in the hub of all of the on-site media activity.
Cost to sponsor or exhibitor - £2,700
Lanyards:
Have your company name / brand hanging around the neck of every visitor to the Show.
Not only is this an excellent way to get your name around the whole of the event,
but many are used by people who need to use access passes etc during their normal
working day.
Exhibitor cost: £1,700 (lanyards to be supplied by sponsor or quotes available)
Entrance Area:
Everybody has to pass through the entrance and registration area. Why not have the
staff wearing sweatshirts with your branding on? This will provide immediate branding
on entering the Show, offering major impact and a reminder for recall on the way
out. Also desk and / or 'A' board branding within the registration area reinforces
the message
